Step 1: Insert a wooden stick into the base.

Step 2: Insert a second wooden stick into the base.

Step 3: Slide feet onto the other end of the wooden sticks.

Step 4: Insert two wooden sticks into the base.

Step 5: Slide the arm stop onto the other end of both wooden sticks.

Step 6: Take two wooden sticks, slide the bucket onto one end, and slide the arm connector onto the other end.

Step 7: Insert one end of the steel clip into the base.

Step 8: Slide the arm assembly onto the other side of the steel clip.
